Ingredients:
Coconut Oil
Magnesium Oil
Cocoa Butter
Chamomile
Vanilla
Directions: Use your fingers to gently massage the balm into your skin in a circular motion. After applying the balm, allow it to fully absorb into your skin. Wash your hands after application of the product. This may take a few minutes, and you can lightly massage the area during this time. Some tingling or warmth is normal, especially if you are new to magnesium.
For better sleep, apply on your feet and on the back of your knees. For muscle cramps and aches, apply directly on problem area. Allow 30 minutes for product to begin working.
